And today we have been doing pulling out the counter from the bag and see how many colours of red or yellow there are. And there were only 5 counters and the one with the most colours was yellow because there were three yellows and 2 reds

To score a try you need a football.

1.To score a try you need a football.

2. you need to be in position.

3. you need to be able to kick a ball.

4. you need to know how to score a try.

5. to score a try you need to dribble the ball and kick the ball to get it over the try line.

6. Or you can kick the football into the goalie.

7. to get a try you need to kick the ball where you are aiming at.

8. If you get the try then you have already won the game.

Jasmine the graceful explorer

There once lived an explorer named Jasmine she was all graceful and nice. She got sent an info station from a king from the other side of the world. She was happy because on the note it said you have attend a masquerade ball from the king for travelling the world hundreds of times since you were a baby. So she had a shower and got into her dress, after she had put on her dress she put on some make up. So she called a taxi driver to take her to the airport. The taxi driver arrived and it was a man he drove Jasmine to the airport as fast as he can. They finally arrived at the airport and she went inside the plane and off to the masquerade ball she went.

She arrived at the masquerade ball and started dancing with the kings son they were happy together. They had fun doing some dancing and enjoyed the food but Jasmine did not really like the food because it was too rich. But she liked the cake because it was very yummy. And so did the son he only liked the cake because the queen made the food too rich. So she said to Jasmine sorry that the food is too rich but that is how our royalty kingdom is. So Jasmine and the prince married each other and had a party. Then Jasmine became a princess. And it all became happily ever after.

Picking flax with whare raeywen.

On Tuesday I had Maori culture group and we had to pick flax's and cut them we had to prey before we use them because we had to think about what we are using it for. If you ever cut harekiki never cut the one with the two leaves and the small baby in the middle. If you cut harekiki never cut at night or in the rain because you can cut your self so watch out

The Incredible Blizzard

One beautiful morning Emma and Jacob were going on a trip to antarctica. They brought some friends with them named Lilly and Philip. They all packed their bags and of to the airport they go. When they got there they were very excited, until all the planes were broken they did not know what to do so they called a scientist and a professor to take them on a space shuttle. They finally arrived at antarctica and went to the highest mountain to do some skiing. Professor Eric and Scientist Pearl wanted to join in with them because they were having so much fun. So they joined in.

As they were skiing they saw a frozen body in the  incredible blizzard so they took the body back to the lab where they test the temperature. This body is very frozen “said sciences Pearl” I know “replied professor Eric”. So they put the frozen body next to a fire to unfreeze the body. The body unfroze and the body was a girl it was Lilly, “everybody shouted and they were so surprised and gave Lilly a great big hug because she had been missing for days and no one noticed until now. They had a fire outside with marshmallows until a blizzard came “we all ran inside. “That blizzard was incredible said Emma”. The Blizzard was so big it blew our hotel down so we had to find another place to stay.
